To ensure this site meets accessibility standards, we carry out user-testing with a wide range of people, covering varied accessibility needs (mobile, cognitive, auditory and visual) and this helps us to improve the user-experience for everyone.

We test on assistive devices and software such as screen readers and magnifiers.

We also regularly test our website on a variety of popular tablets and mobile devices.

We are committed to making the website available to the widest possible audience by using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The Transport Info website (, including its text-only versions, and the Transport Info mobile website ( satisfy all Level AA success criteria of WCAG 2.0 and received a Statement of Accessibility from Vision Australia.

If you do not want to use JavaScript on your device, or are have trouble using the trip planner, you can use the text only trip planner or text only next departures instead.

You can use accesskeys to navigate around the site to points on the accesskey menu using the keyboard. Press the appropriate key shortcut for your browser in conjunction with the accesskey for the area you wish to view.

Adobe PDF files

This website contains information in PDF (Portable Document Format) which are available so that information is easy to download and portable. You need Adobe Reader to access these files which can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.

Our PDF network maps are best used with JAWS and NVDA screen readers.
