Transport concession cards for apprentices and trainees are changing.
The current Indentured Apprentice/Trainee NSW Transport Concession Card is being discontinued and has been replaced by the new-style Transport Concession Entitlement Card.
Indentured Apprentice/Trainee NSW Transport Concession Cards will no longer be valid after 30 June 2017, even if their printed expiry date is later. If you have one of these cards, you should apply to get a new-style card now.
If you have a Transport Concession Entitlement Card, you are entitled to concession fares on public transport in NSW.
You must carry your Transport Concession Entitlement Card when travelling on a concession fare as proof of entitlement, or you may be fined.
