Accessible light rail

All light rail stops have either ramps or lifts to make it easier to access the network for  people with disabilities, using a wheelchair or mobility device, people who are older and families with prams.

It is easy to get on and off light rail vehicles and there is a dedicated area on board each vehicle for a wheelchair, pram or other mobility device.

For light rail stop locations, see light rail services.

Additional information

Lilyfield Station

There is only one lift at Lilyfield Station. If this lift is out of service, the station will not be wheelchair accessible.

Glebe Station

Glebe Station is easily accessible and pram and wheelchair-friendly. There is, however, a steep incline up to Glebe Point Road from this station. It may be easier to access Glebe Point Road from Jubilee Park Station.

If you need any assistance, ask the customer service officers on board.

If you have any questions about station access, phone 02 8584 5288, 24 hours a day.

Travelling with assistance animals

You can board light rail services with an assistance animal at all times. For more information see travelling with animals or Assistance Animal Permit.
