Have a fun Sunday out with your family with the Family Funday Sunday ticket.
For $2.50 per person, your family can enjoy unlimited travel all day Sunday in Sydney, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, Hunter and Illawarra areas, by train, bus, ferry and light rail.
Family Funday Sunday tickets cannot be used on some event buses, charter services, Manly Fast Ferry and other private ferry services, or NSW regional train services.
An Airport Link Gate Pass (station access fee) applies at International Airport and Domestic Airport. Simply buy a Gate Pass when you enter or exit at these stations.
Buses that accept the Family Funday Sunday
Your Family Funday Sunday ticket can be used on Sydney and Regional Buses Networks in the Sydney metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas as well some private buses that connect with the train network.

Where to buy a Family Funday Sunday ticket
- On Sundays, you can buy Family Funday Sunday tickets on board private buses and on Newcastle Buses, from train stations, on the ferry or from ferry ticket offices.
- On Sundays, you can buy your tickets at Transport Shops and ticket outlets (including many newsagencies and convenience stores).
- Family Funday Sunday tickets cannot be bought on light rail services, Prepay bus services or on State Transit buses in Sydney. For these services, you must buy your Family Funday Sunday ticket before you board.
