Track your school travel pass application

If you have applied for a school travel pass online, you'll be able to track the status of your application using your N or UN number.

For all other applications

  • You can't track an application starting with application ID prefix 'UE', 'TBP' or 'R'.
  • 'UE' prefixes: you will be notified by email shortly after applying if your request to change operators has been approved.
  • 'TBP' prefixes: once you have completed the payment for your School Term Bus Pass application, your existing Opal card will be updated or a new card sent to you within 7-10 business days.
  • 'R' prefixes: once you have completed your request to replace your Opal card, you should receive your new Opal card within 7-10 business days.
